Shipping policy

 

Please allow 1 to 4 business days to process your order. Once shipped, the package will reach the destination within 2 to 5 business days with Standard Shipping. Shipping rates for the item(s) Darling Daylight sells are weight-based and that will determine the total cost of shipping.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping and tax charges are nonrefundable. Any delays caused by UPS/USPS or weather related delays are beyond our control and Darling Daylight is not held responsible.

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. Darling Daylight is not responsible if a package is shipped back due to an incorrect address. If you do notice you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email me immediately at contact@darlingdaylight.com with subject line WRONG ADDRESS. If possible, Darling Daylight will correct the mistake before the shipment is sent.
*We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office.
